This is where many visitors make a mistake. Jamaica looks small on a map, but road time matters. Start with your hotel area first. Then choose the tour.
Montego Bay & Rose Hall
Good for rafting, Rocklands, Doctor’s Cave Beach, Luminous Lagoon, Negril, and selected waterfall tours.
Falmouth & Trelawny
Strong for Ocean Coral Spring, Ocean Eden Bay, Riu Palace Aquarelle, Royalton Blue Waters, and Excellence Oyster Bay guests.
Ocho Rios Hotels
One of the best areas for waterfalls. Dunn’s River Falls and Blue Hole are both strong choices from Ocho Rios.
Negril Hotels
Negril is already a beach destination. From here, YS Falls, Appleton Estate, and South Coast tours often make sense.

Tours We Would Not Push From Every Hotel
This is where real local planning matters. Some tours are great, but not from every hotel.
For example, if you are staying far west in Negril, we may not push you toward Ocho Rios unless you really want that long day. If you are in Ocho Rios, we may not push Negril as your first choice. If you are in Falmouth, you are in a good middle position, so we can look east or west depending on your group.
Our goal is not to sell you the longest tour. Our goal is to help you choose a day that feels right.
Jamaica Is Bigger Than Many Visitors Think
This is important. A tour may look close online, but the road time can change the whole day.
Montego Bay to Negril is a different kind of day from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Falmouth sits in a useful middle position. Ocho Rios is excellent for waterfalls. Negril is excellent for beach and sunset. The South Coast is beautiful, but it is not a quick little hop from every hotel.
That is why we always ask where you are staying before we recommend a tour. We want your day to feel good, not rushed.
