How to book services with Best Jamaica?
Click on the reserve now or book now button, complete the reservation form and hit the send button. Someone from the Reservation Department will process the booking request and email you your confirmation voucher. A follow up email from you after receiving the voucher to confirm using our service is required.
How do I pay for the service.
At Best Jamaica Tours, paying us is easy which can be done via Credit Card in Jamaica, PayPal in advance or Cash in Jamaica. We accept major currencies such as USD, Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro.
Do I need to Pay in Jamaican Dollars?
Obsoletely not. We prefer USD. However, we do accept CAD, Euro and Sterling Pound as well.
Is it private transportation service?
All of our services are private.
Do you do Shared Service?
No, only private. Depending on the amount of persons that are in your group, private transportation with us could work out cheaper than most shared service.
How far in advance must I book?
For private airport transportation we can accommodate booking request on the travel day. However, booking at least a day in advance is much better.
How do we find you at the airport?
Finding us at the airport is easy, Best Jamaica Tours is located at DESK 4 inside the Montego Bay Airport Transportation Lounge.
What kind of vehicle will we be transported in?
We have a modern fleet of private cars, family size vans, mini vans and buses all of which are clean, spacious and fully air-conditioned.
What are your cancellation policy?
Best Jamaica has the most guest-friendly cancelation policy which is 100% refund if service is canceled two HRS (2) prior service time.
Are there anymore additional costs?
Absolutely not. There are no hidden fees, taxes are credit card processing fees.
Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
It depends, for 1 to 3 passengers we charge per vehicle then rates varies for each additional passengers thereafter.
